Return/Exchange Policy

  1. Eligibility for Refunds

We offer refunds for eligible products within 14 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • Return Fees are 100-150 EGP for Cairo, Egypt
  • Return Fees outside Cairo may vary from 150 up to 250 EGP.
  • The item must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • Please retain your proof of purchase.
  • The product must fall within the scope of our refund policy.
  • Exchange is free for the first time only.
  1. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, please contact us via email at info@ausetia.com or send us a direct message on Instagram (@ausetia.co). Please include your order number and a detailed explanation of the reason for the refund. Our team will review your request and respond within a timely manner.

  1. Refund Process

If your refund request is approved, we will notify you via email or direct message on Instagram and initiate the refund process. The refund will be issued using the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that it may take approximately 3-5 business days for the refunded amount to be reflected in your account, depending on your bank or payment processor.

  1. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will provide instructions on how to return the item free of shipping charges and offer you a replacement or a full refund, based on your preference.

  1. Non-Refundable Items

All items are eligible for a refund, provided they meet the eligibility criteria mentioned in section 1.
